Terms of Service

Online Guardian is sold by Qubit Mind Computing under the QuantumNxt Technologies software brand. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

Each purchase issues one serial key, valid for one year from the date of activation on a single Windows PC.
A serial key cannot be used to activate more than one machine at a time. Contact support to transfer a license to a new PC.
Software is provided "as is" for parental supervision purposes. It is one layer of protection and should be used alongside — not instead of — ongoing conversations with your child about online safety.

Because a serial key is generated and delivered instantly upon payment, refunds are handled case by case:

If your serial key fails to activate due to an error on our end and we're unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, you're entitled to a full refund.
If you haven't yet activated your key, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Once a key has been activated on a device, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

We collect only what's needed to process your order and deliver your license:

Your name and email address, used to send your serial key and download link.
Payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay — we never see or store your card/UPI details.
Online Guardian's DNS filtering and site blocking run locally on your PC. The AI Deep Scan feature (AI Edition) analyzes images on-device — it does not upload your browsing activity to us.
License activation sends your serial key and a one-way hashed machine identifier to our license server, solely to enforce one-PC-per-key and your license's 1-year validity.

We don't sell or share your data with third parties beyond what's needed to process payment (Razorpay) and deliver email (our email provider).
